Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Syncc application or website operated by Gleegl Private Limited ("Syncc," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Syncc. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the service.

3. Account Registration

You may register using a phone number or through supported third-party social login providers (Google, Apple, Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You represent that your profile information, including your name, photos, and Outfit of the Day (OOTD) visual markers, accurately represent your true identity at the time of use.

4. Acceptable Use

Syncc is a real-world social discovery platform. Users agree to engage with the platform in good faith and for its intended social purposes. Proximity and outfit data must not be used to harass, stalk, or infringe upon the privacy or safety of any person.

All social interactions on Syncc — including Heart Syncc radar alerts, Style Syncc outfit matching, and Secret Crush mutual interest — are consent-based. Circumventing any consent mechanism is a violation of these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create fake, misleading, or impersonating profiles
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or stalk any individual
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to access or interact with the service
• Share, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others
• Use location or proximity data for any purpose other than the intended social discovery features
• Attempt to access another user's account or private information

6. User Content

By uploading photos, outfit descriptions, or any other content to Syncc, you grant Gleegl Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You retain ownership of all content you submit. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, design, branding, and content owned by Gleegl Private Limited — including the Syncc name, Heart Syncc, Style Syncc, and Secret Crush features — are the exclusive intellectual property of Gleegl Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Syncc is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Limitations of Liability

Gleegl Private Limited is the operator of the Syncc social discovery platform. While we maintain high-security architectural standards, we are not liable for the conduct of users in physical space. Real-world interactions facilitated by the platform are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syncc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or is found to be fraudulent. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users in-app. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Syncc shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
